Merchandise and Event Ticket Sales Terms

All merchandise and event tickets sold through the British University Skydiving (BUS) website or official channels are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing products or tickets from BUS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All orders are subject to product availability and order acceptance. BUS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there are errors in pricing, product descriptions, or if the requested item is out of stock. In the event of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded promptly.

Payment for merchandise and tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided. BUS uses secure payment processing systems to protect your financial information; however, we are not liable for any delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

Event tickets are sold on a non-transferable basis unless otherwise specified. You agree to comply with all event rules and safety regulations communicated by BUS and event organisers. Tickets are subject to cancellation or refund only under exceptional circumstances or if the event is cancelled by BUS. Details of any refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Merchandise products are sold as described on the website. While we strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, slight variations may occur. Risk and ownership of merchandise pass to you upon dispatch. BUS does not ship merchandise and requires collection at a pre-arranged location or event.

If you receive damaged or faulty merchandise, please contact BUS within 14 days of receipt with evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer rights and UK law.
